I have a Skagen watch.
The hour marks sparkle and it's my best friend at school. My favorite mark is the 45 minute mark. It tells me that I only have 5 minutes left of the class I'm in. You might be thinking to yourself "Why doesn't she like the 50 minute mark the best? Doesn't that one say that class is over?" The answer to that is yes it does, however, it also tells me that I have to grab my stuff and head to my next class. As you can see the 50 minute mark is in a really awkward position.
Attention: Fun is near
Summer is coming up and I have a list of things I want to do which includes but is not limited to: painting, reading books (books that I actually want to read), camping, learning how to play guitar, a weekend trip to Chicago, swimming, biking, drinking lemonade, catching fireflies, and sleeping in. I've never been so excited for summer.
I have 13 more days of class and then finals week. This semester has been insanely busy but I feel like I've learned the most from it. I'm dead tired and can't remember about 90% of what I've done, but the 10% I can remember has been good. I have one semester left at Kirkwood and even though I'm ready to move on (Hopefully to the U of I this fall) I can't help but start to get nostalgic. I can't live without change - but I always get nostalgic.
